Guys if you have seen or heard that Caneloterol doing sparring, please report it to NSAC at this phone number; (702) 486-2575.

He's under suspension and under the influence of Clenbuterol. He's not supposed to do sparring for he's endangering the life of his sparring partner. He should NOT spar publicly and/or privately. He can do it privately then again it's another cheating of the rules.

I've read that other state athletic commissions will abide by the suspension ruling of NSAC.

Isn't it dangerous for Caneloterol's sparring partners if he spars now?

What a fool. You don't need a license to spar.

I've also e-mailed 'em, cos, well I don't really want to wade through all that crap.

EDIT: NRS 467.070  Jurisdiction of Commission.

                    1.  The Commission has and is vested with the sole direction, management, control and jurisdiction over all contests or exhibitions of unarmed combat to be conducted, held or given within the State of Nevada, and no contest or exhibition may be conducted, held or given within this state except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

                    2.  Any boxing or sparring contest conforming to the requirements of this chapter and to the regulations of the Commission shall be deemed to be a boxing contest and not a prize fight.

The ABC regulations state that a suspension from one SAC should also be applied to the others.

In short this could theoretically mean that Canelo could be disallowed from public sparring - certainly from receiving renumeration thereof, but it's hard to see how one could extend the ruling beyond that.
