Comments Thread For: Whyte: Wilder Has No Respect For Boxing Skills or Technique

Heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte (23-1, 17 KOs) has very little respect for the boxing ability of WBC world champion Deontay Wilder (40-0, 39 KOs). Whyte is sitting in the WBC's top spot in the rankings and aims to push for a mandatory shot at Wilder in the very near future.

Umm, Browne? You mean Whyte? Anyway, there's nothing "delusional" about it if Joshua and Hearn opt to fight someone else instead. This will be both a stay busy fight and a career high payday for Deontay.

Also Whyte will be his mandatory anyway.

"IF" AJ wins next week but AJ vs Wilder still wont happen then Wilder vs Whyte make sense. Who else would you like to see Wilder take on if it's not AJ??

Let’s see what happens after the Joshua vs Parker fight.
If AJ is still ducking Wilder, Whyte probably will get what he’s asking for.
He has to keep talking plenty of trash though.
Wilder can be provoked if Dillian is vocal enough.
Tell Hearn to stop using you as a pawn to hide AJ.

You would think Whyte has boxing skills. I will take Wilder's over Whyte anyday. Wilder looks ponderous, plodding and heavy when boxing. There are a lot of things he does wrong too. His jab looks quite clumsy and funny. He is quite wild as well. So, instead of fixing himself, he spends time talking about Wilder - pathetic!
