As an American I get into it frequently with the fans of Russian/Eastern Euro boxers.

But they at least have confidence that their fighters can beat everyone and want to see them do so in bouts matching the best against the best.

Some of these English muppet fans actually condone the cowardice of Eddie Hearn and prefer to see Dillian Shyte fight Wilder, instead of urging Anthony Joshua to prove who the real HW champion is by unifying the belts as soon as possible.

    It's disgusting.

I notice the same thing too. I've never seen that attitude from anyone else really.

Stevenson gets ****ted over here and gets called Chickenson as much as anywhere else, even by local media.

So Wilder should have his ridiculous demands met otherwise AJ is a coward?

            Oh, right.

I guess every fighter should demand half of the money even if they don't generate anywhere near the same as their opponent.

I don't hate it for the fighters, they play a dangerous game and should be compensated for properly. Their fans would literally rather watch A.J fight a local bum than a threatening foreigner. I've said this for years, and this isn't knew to the UK..this was a stereotype back in the middle 20th century that a U.K fighter would get the belts and hold it hostage.
Can you tell me those British fighters that held belts hostage please?

Brits are weirdo fans? Said by an American?

                Irony to the core.

I don't even care who thinks who will win. Whether you lean on one side of the fence or the other...........why wouldn't you want to see the number 1 guy fight the number 2 guy? I just don't understand it.

Don't care for either but I do find it weird how they seem to be using whyte as a way to keep Joshua from fighting wilder, being so obvious about it too

For some reason uk fans have real low standards for there fighters.
