Joshua is content being a big fish in a small pond.

He's said he doesn't care if he never fights in the U.S. or becomes a star over here.

Meanwhile Wilder & Parker are willing to travel the world to defend their WORLD titles. Parker even traveled as the A side against Hughie

Joshua is happy in his safe space. I just don't think this guy has the mentally of a great WORLD champion. Wilder & Parker are following in the steps of Ali.

The Brits will defend him because they aren't used to having nice things. They're used to their champs coming overseas and getting mollywhopped. They want to hold onto this feeling forever. Which is understandable when you aren't used to being the best.

I understand this is the first time in your lifetime your country has had the best fighter. Totally understandable for you to want to hold onto this feeling forever.

Yeah fighters follow the money, no one will go fight somewhere else for the hell of it, its where they getting paid the most money.

Joshua only has one chance to break America, and as things stand Wilder isn't in the position to help him break America.

So what you're saying is no one knows AJ in America and Wilder is more popular here despite the ****e Hearn spews. I agree.

But Miller is AJ's chance to break into America? Ok I got it

People always bring up Ali, say he was willing to fight all over the world. Completely ignore the fact that these countries dictators were the ones willing to put up the cash for the fight.

Wilder was willing to go fight in a country led by a dictator. What's the problem?

                but is he wrong though?

Wilder and Parker HAVE to follow in the steps of Ali because it makes them the most money. Wilder fought a bunch of bums and only really fought two notable fighters in his entire career and he's over 30 lmao. None of them make big money. A.J is more known than both of them put together, makes more money than both of them put together and has fought better boxers than both of them put together (ARGUABLY)....and that's with him just being a big fish in little ol' England.

He is the A side...and it's not even close. If Wilder made the kind of money that AJ did in Alabama, he wouldn't leave.

How old are you? It's been decades since America had the best HW.

Mayweather never traveled either. When you reach superstar level people chase you. You don't chase them. Wilder can get to that level. He knows what he needs to do.
