How is Broner rated? The guy was a 3 division champ at the height of his popularity and riding off Mayweather's coatails who is one of the greatest boxers to have ever boxed.

Not to mention that Broner wasn't from Zimbabwe, but from America. American fighters used to have special push, but now it's turning to Eastern Europeans because many American and world boxing fans like the idea of a dominant white boxer more than a black one.
