Thats the point. He is a boxer. Because he is not an MMA fighter, it will generate a ton of money bigger than anything he has ever done in boxing. He will most likely do a 3 fight deal, and it will be a billion EASILY. They will do ANYTHING to get the best boxer, in an MMA cage. It goes beyond a name, and its silly to compare it to his boxing matches.

Back when Floyd faced JMM, Floyd was getting about 15million. Dana offered him 30m's, more than he was getting paid in boxing. Its the same now, except way more money is on the line. He will get paid more than he ever got paid in boxing. I will pay 200$ to see him wrestle with some bum, in MMA gloves. I will pay that myself right now, and their isnt anyone alive who wouldnt as well.

Who cares the guy loves the limelight so much does anything to keep in the papers, I have always been a Floyd fan but having the fight with Mcgregor spoiled his record for me. Since then I have lost total respect for his fighting, he should be spending his time getting fights for his team.
