Ahahaa, he would be killed in the court of public opinion for that. Big time.

Meh, tell that to Kirkland and Khan who were on the receiving end of his PED-power.

It's unfortunate they had to get the short end of that stick (if indeed he was using a banned substance against both). Had he tested positive for the same drug against either of them, it's still the same.

          Test his hair.

All the controversy, all the claims of innocence and quickfire defence etc etc can be instantly squashed.

I don’t claim to know it all here, but can’t hair testing show up everything up to around 90 days? This would surely tell us. If he had that one off “trace” amount over that entire huge period of time, then it helps his case, however if over all that time there’s tons more worthy of red lighting him, then let it be the case.

Canelo is definitely being given a free pass here though. I say it in every post related to this almost; he is operating out of a base of corruption.

I fully expect a good old skim over with an announcement somewhat along the lines of “we investigated the matter alongside trusted sources and found no reason to believe it was anything other than an accident, so go about your day like the good little fans we want you to be and accept this corrupt shafting”....and we will have to do so.

In all indications, this may be right.

Only the innocent look to prove themselves innocent, Canelo on the other hand...

He could have still likely smashed both eventually without the roids, but sure I agree it's an unfair advantage.
Just think of all the passes the UFC gave Jon Jones before they were forced to ban him, this is happening in boxing now the money men will always be innocent.

I agree. I still think he beats both Kirkland and Khan without PEDs, but he would have had a lot more trouble making weight.
