Yea I agree. Im not seeing what the big deal about Davis is either. When Tank was 19, he was still fighting guys with less than 10 fights.
And nobody was calling for him to fight 23 year olds with more experience.

Tell that bum Ryan Garcia to fight in his natural weight, hes cutting 18 pounds and three divisions to get his flashy KO's against undersized club fighters at 130.

The title should read : Ryan Garcia vs. that other career weight bully cousin Mikey Garcia at 140.

Is that impressive? Not to me. Tank Davis is a fast wicked puncher with both hands and a proven boxer. I think he would KO Garcia.
Tank was fighting guys with less than 10 fights at 4 years ago. Who had Tank beaten at the same age Garcia is now?

Right now, Davies would knock Ryan Garica into next week. In a few years? Who knows, we'll have to see how Garcia develops. He's got the talent but has he got the other half? It's yet to be seen, until he proves himself he's just a prospect. Tank Davies is a proven former world champ, undefeated and got a couple of top 10 wins on his resume, he's already proven he's of a certain calibre.

He's listed at 5'5 but he isn't even that tall he's closer to like 5'3. This is why I laugh Garcia is a full 5'10 and actually might still be growing given he's only 19. But lets say he doesn't grow a single inch taller he will dwarf Tank in the ring. Tall with wide shoulders and a frame that will fill out to a welterweight or bigger when he's done as a pro. Tank is a short butterball. Already having weight problems and giving up belts on the scale at 130 but doesn't have the height or frame to move up weight classes. Already looks like a midget against guys at 130 get's killed against 135lbers.

Garcia is huge and has FAST hands, power, skills ect. The only reason why Garcia would lose now is he's too damn young only 19 only a little over a year of pro experience. Tank older 5 years pro experience. But give Garcia 1-2 more years pro experience and Tank will not possess a single advantage going into the fight and likely gets smashed.

If Garcia makes the weight, and can still be effective, who cares? The problem is, he ain't beating Tank at this point. Davis would explode on that boy.
