Paulie is basically repeating what he's always said which is saying you don't need a failed test to be cheating. Sure that can help a GGG fan now by saying see GGG is right saying Canelo was cheating in past fights despite not failed test in past fight. But you then are acknowledging that so was Pacquaio. And you are quoting the man who has gone to hell and back to scream Pacquiao was a fraud his entire career for that same reason LMAO

If Pac had KEPT going up in weight and stayed there then I would suspect something is up but gtfo with trying to say he was on something from the jump, the guy could barely get 3 square meals when he turned pro.In all fairness in hindsight Pac's run from Oscar to Bradley were all tailor made for him (he had the speed and stamina advantage). Marquez eventually got him IMO due to Pac being reckless (I won't mention Memo because again he never tested dirty). I'm not some person who assumes everyone is guilty, give me proof and we can talk.
