Winner should fight Miller, not Wilder.

Funny for who? If Wilder makes quick work of Whyte and AJ is fighting Miller, Fury, etc. that’s going to make AJ look bad, not WilderComment

Thats sounds like Wilder getting owned to me the guy is a fool should of took Whyte fight. Sport is not about glory its about money when these guys leave the streets (sorry wilder still there) it's about improving your life. I think every fight you have means 1 less fight you can handle so why would you take 1.4 million over 7 million?
When you guys root for a fighter to take your money, and fight easy fights, instead of earning your money by taking the biggest fights out there, you become a detriment to the sport. Go watch darts.Comment

So basically every boxing ranking body WBC, IBF, WBA , WBO Ring magazine, Espn , boxrec etc etc etc everyone thinks he's top ten (google them I did he's top 10) bar the Wilder fan boys (ie you and your 5 friends).
He's number 1 with the WBC and if thats not worth anything then neither is Wilders belt.
Now I see why Wilders record looks ok to you , if you ignore every boxing expert in the world it would indeed look passable.
Doesn't take much to realise those rankings are promotional lists used to justify fights the promoters want. Or in ajs case, A list he can use to avoid Wilder.Comment

Sounds to me like the exact type of fan the sport needs less of. Why does it have to be money OR glory? Has it ever occurred to you that you can have both?

Hearn is trolling the absolute **** out of Wilder right now, it's quite funny.
One thing people desperately need to get through their heads - it's all talk. Everything is talk. Wilder has talked, Joshua has talked, Hearn has talked..it's all meaningless words.
If Joshua v Wilder is going to happen, it's going to happen. And anything said up until that point simply doesn't matter.
Right now, all Hearn is doing, is making sure Wilder continues to struggle sleeping at night.
If you think it's anything more, or with any substance, you're incredibly gullible.Comment

To be honest, I think the fans on this site (i.e. real boxing fans) are so invested in this fight that they want to talk about it before it's ready - just like big movie fans talk about movie releases before they come out etc. I have no problem with that.
The thing I have a problem with is this pathetic point scoring about "who's ducking who" when it's extremely unlikely that either one is going to duck the other. It strikes me as playground "my dad's bigger than your dad" **** and doesn't reflect well on the posters who do it.
Both Wilder and AJ evidently want the fight. Just wait for the fight to be signed (which it will) and then we can all lose our ****.
Alternatively if the fight doesn't get made within the next 2 fights then we can start talking about conspiracies and ducking and whatnot then. Frankly, if the fight isn't next I wouldn't be surprised, Wilder's career is finally getting the traction that he deserves and you know Haymon and Hearn are gonna want to hoover up all the casuals they can before this thing drops. If it becomes a huge transatlantic megafight then the money will be insane and we'll have a history-making event, which is what we want from the HW division.
If I was Hearn/Haymon I would get Wilder to spank a British guy in the US next, to build his audience in both countries. Whether that's Whyte or someone like Dave Allen, even David Price if Price somehow beats Povetkin (which he won't)
Then the AJ Wilder fight becomes historic. Hearn might be a shyster, but I do believe him when he repeatedly says "I want to make the biggest fights possible" and this is the biggest one he's likely to make in his lifeComment
