Comments Thread For: Hearn: Whyte vs. Browne Winner Will 100% Get a Title Shot

WITH the chance to become the WBC’s No.1 heavyweight contender, Lucas Browne needs no extra incentive to beat Dillian Whyte in Saturday’s showdown in London. Victory for the big Australian at the O2 Arena will open the door for the unbeaten 38-year-old, with top British promoter Eddie Hearn adamant the winner will guarantee a future world title crack.

You think it was better when Wlad and Vitali dominated? The main contenders were guys like Charr, Chagaev, Povetkin, Peter, Byrd and half a dozen faded guys from the 90s

That means if Joshua beats Parker he won't fight Wilder next?

          lol

          so.....

the Whyte/Browne winner..... then Fury..... then..... ?

now I see why Joshua strongly objected to Wilder entering the ring

they will probably ban him at the door

Well considering a 41 year old Wlad who was out of the ring for a year and a half managed to give AJ fits and make him look average at times, then yes, I'd say his era was stronger than now.

Browne is the HW David Lemieux except less talented and less proven. Parker? Lol

It's gonna be hilarious when Joshua fights Fury or Povetkin and Wilder has to fight Whyte for less money than he was offered earlier this year.

I think the Klitschko era was probably worse. and yeah, I see your comment on AJ, it’s a good point but to be fair it was his 19th fight, Wlads 19th fight was against some nobody called Cody Koch. The Marciano era was pretty dire as well quality wise. There has only really been one golden era (in the late 60s to 70s) where there was a depth of quality, the current state is pretty much normal.
