Most peds are used to speed up recovery time so athletes can train at their max level more often and longer...since most of training camp is about getting in the condition needed to go 12 hard rounds, there's really no coherent argument to say that it wouldn't help.
im depending on VISUAL evidence. a person has to be a real goof if they see something NO ONE ELSE DOES.

this is why witch hunters want nothing to do with the rjj vs hall fight. hall was AT LEAST 10x over the limit. if thats what roids LOOKS LIKE ON FIGHT NIGHT, then whats the point ?!?!?

again, what roids do PRIOR to a fight isnt worth banning them or punishing a guy.

ok, as ive conceded before, roids do have a place in training camps. THANK GOD theres no such thing as training camp titles !!!!!!!!!!

Your interpretation of what you call visual evidence is based entirely on your own opinion. It's cool man, your mind is made up...but don't act like you have some irrefutable proof based on a large in depth case study or something.

Working harder in camp is what can give a fighter an edge over another. If there's something that can help a fighter push harder and have more in the tank than another through using peds during training, it shouldn't be ignored...especially when the culmination of all the preparation is 2 guys in the ring punching each other in the head.

how can we judge the worthiness of roids if not visually ?!?!?!? we all have the ability to type our case. this usually turn into yes/no contests.

            F UC K THAT.

            ........yes/no contests

seeing is believing when all else fails.

as for training camp garbage, a guy can slack off and get crushed. a guy can be buff as fnck and get crushed.
a guy can be roided to the ears and get crushed. not to mention natural guys damage and kill more fighters than roiders ever will (is there even a case where a roider damaged/killed someone )

but yeah, we need to ban them for some unknown reason

If you're gonna go that route, you need a bigger sample at the very least.

To answer any questions about the effect of peds, we'd have to know beyond a shadow of a doubt, who has used them...which won't be happening any time soon. The rest is just speculation...including your conclusion that you seem to think is based on some type of evidence.

again, how else are we to judge the so called advantages of roids if not visually and DURING A FIGHT

look at all of the noise clen is causing ! last week no one even mentioned it. now nelo has a dozen names with it included. if the sport would do a test as i mentioned, it would be a good start as opposed to some ''training camp'' tomfoolery.

6 novice fighters, varying weights = 5 fights clean
give 3 guys roids, 3 guys placebos (obviously you dont tell which guy gets what) next 5 fights
analyze whatever the IN FIGHT results are (if there are any).

sports have to do more than ASSUME something works while definitively shaming an athlete for wanting to be the best he can be.

                roid muscles/natural muscles.....whats the difference ?

                • a question boxing should ask itself regarding roids/p'e'ds.....

''will this make a guy win a fight every time they use it ?''

                  the end.

So you're proposing some type of guinea pig scenario where roided guys are going up against clean fighters and it's all sanctioned by an athletic commission? 😂

Or...they could just stick to the universally recognized banned substance list, subject fighters to year round random testing and enforce penalties for testing positive.

see, give something a name and hope a stigma comes from it.

testing on human subjects happens all the time.

but because i mention sports (in this case, specifically boxing), its a bad thing.....

ooooooo, sci fi horror movie in the making -

''the lab created him, now the world must try and stop him. mad man mulrooney, fists of death !!! (pg -13 ).''

we can go for scientific proof or opt for shlt that makes witch hunters flood forum message boards with.

roiding to ''win'' a fight. might as well flip a coin. same odds.
