Exactly this above .Wilder is also allowed to use this same "marketing strategy" when it comes to promoting a fight against AJ! It has nothing to with arrogance or conceit, it has everything to do with NOT BEING IGNORED by a fighter and his GREEDY promoter!
Wilder has had YEARS to brag about his accomplishments in the ring - he didn't, and has even had a career of pretty much being unnoticed! Even the Brits LOVE to talk about him not being "known" or him being "irrelevant" in the game of boxing.....the "marketing strategy" for Wilder is to MAKE himself RELEVANT in this game of crooked promoters & scared fighters..... GOOD for him

Wilder could have been bragging from day one ,just look at magic fight number 20 ,he took on David Long . While no 19th fight Klitchko its pretty damn close ,he was 11 and 1 . The guy only had 1 loss , Klitchko had several,their just jealous yo.
Wilder showed respect by not wanting to hog the spot light even had his own manager directly in the ring after he won the WBC told everyone he was a work in progress no top fights anytime soon. So what does nut job Wilder do? The maniac takes on Eric Molina .
What champion does this stuff ?
It gets even more crazy , in only his second defense he takes on Duhaupas a guy NEVER stopped before , not even Pianeta could stop him though he won and he Knocked out Mike Marrone prior to that . Wilder stopped Duhaupas in rnd 11 , now if thats not proof of why fighters ducked him i dont know what is ?
Now it just gets insane . In his third title fight he bypasses Jennings who defeats Spzilka AND goes directly for Spzilka to prove he can get the better win and does bc he gets the faster K.O bc Wilders fight was a 12 rnder and Jennings was a ten rnder so Wilders 11th rnd K.O gets overlooked and he was even down in the fight ,yo .
At this point January 2016 literally NO one wants a part of him so it leaves Wilder no choice to fight Chris Arreloa in July to send his message that hes the man ,again who does this and goes from a cancelled Povetkin fight to that ? The hate is real .
Theres really no need to further elaborate , the DUCKER Joshua schedules Klitchko fight for Nov/ Dec 2016 and signed it in October while avoided Wilder sits on Mando Stiverne who he makes sweat bullets by teasing to fight him over a course of 7 months and eventually goes through with it .
No comparison yo, its a full blown conspiracy against Wilder and Joshua being a already unified champion with 4 belts if he defeats Parker still pales to Wilders decade of completely dominating the HW division , all roads lead to Deontay Wilder the best ever and Joshua needs to stop using his name to gain popularity and step up and stop ducking!
I may have to make this a seperate thread and show the path to greatness ,bc ppl need to see the truth, yo

The fact Wilder wasn’t blasted out of there in 2 rounds by a fighter with Washington’s devastating power shows his heart. To come back from a shaky 4 rounds whereby he was understandably down on the cards against a quality fighter, and finish it the way he did, shows nobody hits harder than Wilder.
