No not everyone can matter a fact most by FAR CANT.Now its not impossible that's why its not used in court but if you think you can just go pass one you better go read up on it.

There's no real evidence that the things the lie detector measures, you know, sweating, blood pressure, heart rate, and breathing are linked to whether the person telling the truth or not. Canelo could pass one of those silly tests but that still woudn't be evidence that he's telling the truth. He could also fail the polygraph but that doesnt necessarily mean he's lying.

Bottom line, lie detectors are not much more reliable than flipping a f-cking coin.
