young wlad was fully fit. he'd simply outgass a 40 year wlad and then club him out, that was one of his standard way of picking up wins. The boots on the other foot now for him.
Yeah, 30 year old Wlad is most athletic HW of all time imo

Since he fought nobody comparable to Mike Tyson, who's knockout record, percentage, heavyweight championship fights and highlight reel proves he's a puncher, Ortiz can't claim to have passed the test Green did.Not every heavy punches the same, and some of the best punchers have been under 220 BTW.Yes other fighters have fought bums but only two of Wilders opponents were vaguely top ten, one had been stopped by a nobody and one was suffering from an illness. At the point Audley Harrison was entering round one against Sprott, he'd never been dropped either. Has he got an Iron chin? No, of course not, level of opposition matters, and Deontays is very low, but Ortiz was also very low. Molina taking Deontay late proves he's not a superman. You saw what AJ did to the same guy right?
Luis Ortiz was never dropped or stopped in his pro boxing career before fighting Wilder. Ergo, that's enough proof of him having a solid chin. Since in the heavyweight division, pretty much everyone can punch with knock out power.

What are you going to say about Deontay Wilder's chin then? Since he fought Luis Ortiz, who is a renown knock-out artist with a 75%+ knock out record. And since Wilder survived against this knock out artist that is Luis Ortiz without even going down, despite taking some hard punches?

The main question is, how do we know how good Mitch Green's chin is COMPARED to Luis Ortiz? Since Green never fought a puncher like Deontay Wilder who has stopped every opponent he has faced in his career and has a 95%+ KO record? And Mike Tyson isn't comparable to Deontay Wilder. Since his KO record is nowhere close to Wilder's.

Amir Khan wasn't knocked down or stopped prior to being knocked out in one round. It doesn't mean he has an iron chin. All decent prospects have a stage in their careers when they havent been stopped or knocked out. So what? When they face a puncher we find out. Ortiz hadn't faced a real puncher at heavyweight until Wilder. Therefore there is no proof he had an iron chin. The ownes is on you to prove it, and you can't. He failed the test when he faced a puncher. Ortiz wasnt a devastating puncher, that's why Malik Scott took him the distance, Scott, who had been stopped by Wilder and Chisora. Also, Ortiz was ill by the time he fought Wilder, he was being treated for high blood pressure. Percentages don't count because if your half way through a career and you havent fought the best yet, or you've faced a lower level of opponent, your percentage will be different to a guy who fought he's whole career, against other top fighters and long past their physical prime. Tyson was a puncher, and Green past the chin test. Green finished he's career never having been knocked down. Ortiz was knocked down by wilder while old and sick it's true. Wilder was knocked down by non puncher Sconier, a poor sign, and hurt by Molina, another poor sign. When he fights a puncher at world class we will find out if he can endure. The signs don't look good for him.

            • Embarrassing that people are mentioning Wilder vs guys like Bowe. Stork legs is ****e. He wouldn't be anywhere near a title in Bowe's era. Skill wise it's night and day. A big punch will only get you so far, guys like Bowe would embarrass a skill less clown like Wilder. He was getting outboxed by Szpilka FFS...... Szpilka........

              • Bowe is lazy so he would have come fat into Wilder fight, I give Wilder an edge because he's fast and possess great stamina. Wilder obviously doesn't have any boxing skills so if Bowe can get inside of Wilder it's a goodnight for Alabama fraud.

Bowe was getting beaten up and he quit on borderline low shots against C- Golota and you really think he'd stand a chance against Wilder who is putting people out to sleep?
Bowe has no heart, no commitment, ducked the best... sounds like that roided up protected Britbong bum.

Golota was better than Wilder you clown and that was a shot Bowe. Wilder is ****ing garbage. Golota wouldn't have needed a lucky punch to beat Szpilka.
