NSAC doesn't ban IVs

Nor does the NSAC have Toradol on their list of banned substances but guess what? They were ready to investigate Manny because Koncz didn't check yes to shoulder injury. No problem.

The NSAC when they heard that Floyd didn't appropriately fill out the pre-fight form nor notify them, their response was completely different(than Manny's)!!! No investigations. NOTHING!! That is a problem!!!!

With Manny, at least they found out that BEFORE he even used the drug and BEFORE the fight. Floyd used IVs and the NSAC was not even notified until almost 3 weeks after the fight.
