In the late 90's early 00's the only fighters I liked more than him were the Marquez brothers, Trinidad, Tszyu, Finito Lopez.

He became increasingly arrogant and his cherry-picking and excuses started to really hit full stride. By that time, he has already avoided a few good fighters and as a sign of things to come, he navigated the remainder of his career in such a way that he could avoid the best fighters in their prime while claiming he was the best. Be became increasingly disrespectful of opponents and the sport as a whole.

Yeah, that's how I felt it went down with him. I was pulling for him against Castillo and felt bad when he got robbed. I think those are the fights when he started to cherry pick his opponents a bit more and fight in a more boring manner. I remember the Sosa fight was ass but being happy he gave a good show against Ndou and after that is when he started getting annoying for me.

Mikey Garcia is another guy I was big on when he was coming up but have soured on since it's apparent he's Cherry Garcia.
