GGG is the betting favorite to win the rematch. Canelo is the underdog. Canelo hasn't smashed him yet and you don't know how the fight will end. You are just wishing and hoping GGG gets smashed. Wait until the fight is over. You may have to cancel the victory party.

I'm not an an expert but I was stating general knowledge about peds period. Not specifically clenbuterol but peds in general. You can use them for months in between fights, cycle off, test clean, and still benefit. Have you read breads mailbag on this site? As far as the wbc vs canelo beef. I know what Canelos story is but it never made sense to me. Canelo knew going into his fight with cotto that ggg was a mandatory because ggg took step aside money. If he was serious about fighting him, he could've negotiated with him during his build up to his easy fight with khan. The same way he eventually negotiated with ggg during the build up to the Chavez jr fight. I also didn't say he chose to fight with wbc, so they can back him up. I'm saying, once he agreed to fight for wbc belt, that opened him up to testing right away and maybe, just maybe, he wasn't expecting to get tested so early. From what I've read clenbuterol only stays in your system for a week. Had they tested him 1 week later than they did, he'd have been negative.

Yes I've read Bread's Mailbag on this site but even he admitted he's no PED expert so I'm not gonna put much weight on someone's opinion who's just speculating on the Canelo-PED issue. Kinda like you and every other so called PED expert on here.
Now you could be right when you say maybe Canelo wasn't expecting to get tested so soon after agreeing to fight for the WBC belt. Even I said it on here that there should be a complete investigation into the whole PED issue.
Was Canelo using clenbuterol on purpose? Nobody really knows and I won't bet on it that he wasn't. Has he used it before in other fights ?
Again I won't bet that he wasn't. If it turns out he was then he should definitely be punished and banned.
But there's a thing called due process and I think he's entitled to that before we start passing judgement.
