    Who the fucc is MAB?
And Gamboa didn't lose his first fight under Golden Boy promotions. He lost the second fight.

Just when I thought he made a good decision by signing with Golden Boy promotions he does this shet??
I thought Golden Boy treated him more than fair with two HBO televised fights, an ESPN headliner and a fight in Mexico. It's probably the only time he's had 4 fights in one year. All thanks to Golden Boy promotions.
If he thinks he's gonna get a better deal from a different promoter then he must be smoking that Triple D again.
This is literally the beginning of the end for Gamboa.
He'll be lucky if any promoter signs him, let alone keep him busy.
Just like Ortiz GB was trying to put him on PPV undercards.... Cubans can box but make the worst buisness decisions possible

I was thinking the same thing but didn't say anything cause Ortiz finally got his title opportunity. After three years though....
But yeah, they aren't very bright!

Every move he’s made has been a clunker. He’s got like this teenage mindset (no offense to any of the younger cats here). No thiught for the future. No foresight whatsoever. These are not the actions of a grown-ass man.

Ooo... lol Good question. I don’t know as much about Valero’s career. I do know he was definitely self-destructive. And it doesn’t get much worse than killing a woman and then later yourself. Seems to me Gamboa has that dumbass self-destructiveness, while Valero was simply deranged.

I like Ellis. The reason I believe he hasn't gotten TV time was the last time he was supposed to fight on the ESPN undercard with Rojas the night before GGG vs Canelo and got sick or something.

He fights this weekend. Hopefully he wins and his next fight is on ESPN.

I wonder what the REAL story is behind the parting of ways than we are being led to believe.

Would love to hear Gamboa's side of the story.
