Mickey is up there.Spence is a big ask at moment. You don't need to be handing advantages out to him.Exciting nights await, he's for real.

He's way off base here. Yes, Crawford is skilled and slick but he's absolutely not a boring fighter at all. If I were Mikey I'd feel more confident in a test of skill against Crawford than having to deal with Spence's strength and punching power. Physically that fight is extremely one sided and while you could make a case for Garcia being more skilled Spence is very skilled as well, it's not like there's a wide gulf in class. Spence would land his shots eventually, and honestly I have a hard time seeing Garcia hurting Spence but I can see it extremely easily the other way around. Garcia would want none of that, Spence I think is the heaviest hitter in the division right now while also being extremely fast. Honestly I feel like Mikey is a little too keen to jump up in weight, we've seen in recent years that that's possibly the easiest way to end up in fights where you get brutally knocked out or badly damaged.

Mikey's got the kind of attitude and courage that I admire, but he should hold fire on this whole Spence idea.

A Crawford fight is and was a more realistic one to make. Crawford comes from 135, was very recently at 140 and has yet to have that appearance at 147. So Mikey and him a closer in size and make much more sense.

But because it’s a higher possibility and almost a certainty that he would lose to him, Mikey instead name-drops someone who on the surface appears more dangerous, but is also far far far less likely as an opponent due to the size disparity.

It’s a red-herring. Something which Mikey has been creating a lot of recently. Throwing out names that he has no intentions at all of fighting, to distract us from mentioning those fighters (such as Crawford) that he SHOULD be fighting.
            some good points here!

Mikey probably hasn't seen Crawford fight since the amateurs...
              Mikey statements are way off

                Agreed he loses both fights

                  mikey has a better chance
against spence but i wouldnt necessarily pick him to win.

Don't try to play it off on Crawford's style becaue we all know that if Floyd said "I want Mikey Garcia in September," Mikey would be all in! If Mikey can get a fight with DSG, he might as well drop those 135/140 titles and go test the waters now! Spence Jr. is a very dangerous opponent for anybody from 147-160! Much respect if Mikey actually pursues it!
no, mikey has no respect for TC hahhaha.

It's not as bad as the Andrade charade but it's pretty annoying.
I'm with you. Mikey isn't afraid to fight though. Andrade is all smoke, no fire.
