Actually, AJ's trainer is also the British amateur performance director and oversees the Olympic amateurs and the whole facility there. Prior to Carl Froch he wasn't allowed to train pro's, now AJ trains with the amateur kids and is used as motivation at the facility and an example to the amateurs. He even sparred with the likes of Okolie and Joe Joyce when they were going for the Olympics.

I'm sure Haye and Linares can train alongside each other with alternating pad work times etc Haye even owns his own gym, I see no problem here.

The problem is Linares will have to be in London until one week before the fight. He's going to come back with a jetlag and then fight Lomachenko. I don't care how great your trainer might be, I wouldn't recommend this.

The timing of all of this is very poor. Linares has to find someone else.

salas is doing what's best for his pockets, linares got no chance no matter who he trains with.
