that's a good point. if loma beats linares, garcia, spence, and crawford salido will still be better than him and will have all those wins on his ledger through osmosis which would make him the greatest of all time. loma can do no better than #2 greatest fighter of all time

Agreed, underrated. He was a great fighter, and a great boxer to watch. But Luis only fought in four world championship bouts. He won only once, briefly holding the welterweight crown, which he promptly gave back to Emile Griffith. I find it hard to justify him as #2 on such a list, but he’s an interesting choice.Comment
