GGG Didnt bring Brook up. Hearn offered Eubank Jr the fight with GGG and Eubank Jr. declined and Brook was offered the fight instead as an 11th hour decision and accepted the fight. No one brought anyone up two divisions.

No one pulled Brook up, it was never planned that GGG would fight him, he was a substitute for a TV date that was approaching that Eubank Jr was slated for and Hearn said Brook would accept. Neither GGG or his team ever called out Brook, Brook was nothing more than a plan B Since Hearn didnt have another 160 pound fighter to offer.
