Andre Ward could barely land a glove on Alexander Brand and Canelo Alvarez > Alexander Brand in every department.

I give Canelo Alvarez very high chances of winning this one. Canelo Alvarez is the better 'clean' boxer with the better defense, speed, explosiveness, counter punching skills, combination punching skills and all round offensive skills.

Andre Ward is a dirty + limited boxer.

Canelo Alvarez doesn't need to foul or cheat or throw low blows or headbutts to win fights.

Canelo Alvarez:

1) Better combination puncher

2) Faster hands

3) Faster feet

4) Better counter punching abilities

5) Better timing

6) Better power punch variation and technique (uppercuts &
hooks)

7) Better body punching variation (doesn't need to throw low
blows).

8) Better punching power and explosiveness.

9) Better head movement and overall slickness / elusiveness

10) Better knockout artist

11) Better inside fighter



What does Andre Ward do better than Canelo Alvarez:

1) Has better stamina (which won't be much of a factor if Canelo Alvarez moves up as he won't be drained and his stamina will improve as a result).

2) Has a better jab.

3) Boxes better from the outside.

4) Has better / more illegal moves.
