I think Abel Sanchez is more so trying to provoke Alvarez to come forward. I'm going to give Alvarez the benefit of the doubt on the PED results but it's still somewhat su****ious knowing that you're a world level prizefighter. I'd be upset to if I were Sanchez because boxing isn't a game and every pound counts, and unfair tactics can result in bad endings. But at the end of the day the fight will go on.

Canelo actually addressed that issue a couple of days ago on a Seckback video

he said that he will fight exactly the same style, but they will look to improve and include some new things that are tailor-made for Golovkin

Yeah I think at this point Sanchez had made it obvious. I just hope we get a definitive winner this time around. I'm sure both guys are going to add new things so it should be more exciting than the first.
