The issue here is that anyone can be on something a little bit and then use an excuse.

Peterson was prescribed natural testosterone but then was found to have synthetic in his system. However he still got away with it by one sanctioning body despite 'forgetting' to tell the commissioners. To me, the synthetic means he used something extra over what he was prescribed hence the 3.7-1 ratio...

Now in Canelo's case, he could have got organic meat with no steroids etc... which after googling I found within 3 minutes in Mexico.
