it's hard to say really...I know canelo has always cut a lot of weight, but I'm not his strength/conditioning coach or a ped expert. there's probably posters more knowledgeable on peds that might offer other reasons why he would use clen...all I know is that tainted meat is a pretty questionable excuse. I mean he's well aware of the issue and he has a major ppv coming up that he'll be tested for, and he's gonna just eat local meat anyway?

I mean the scenario would be:

Canelo started VADA testing anyways and his last two tests were negative of course.

The debate would be, can industry experts prove without reasonable doubt, that off season Clen use really helped Alvarez?

Most combat fighters get caught during the week or post sample tests after the event.
You crucified Manny for far less so when you say industry experts you must be referring to yourself

Not true PEDs work BETTER after you cycle off.And any training you did while using will STILL benefit you.

When did he duck Ward? Wasn't it when he was legally bound to fight Lemieux? Where was this Ward vs GGG fight supposed to happen? Oakland? What weight was the fight supposed to be fought at? How much was GGG supposed to get paid for fighting Ward? You can't answer these questions because Ward never made a written offer to fight GGG. He just made a meaningless media call out when he had already moved to light heavyweight and fought at a 172 pound catchweight. Why was Ward willing to go to 160 for Mayweather but not meet in the middle at 164 for GGG? How does a middleweight GGG duck a light heavyweight Ward? When you say GGG is overrated you speak only for yourself and a few other haters not "most of us". The majority of us think he kicked Canelo's ass and will do so again. GGG is still champ and still undefeated. Ward is retired and doesn't want to fight anymore and he is years younger than GGG. That's Ward's choice but guys like you keep bringing him up to try to discredit GGG when he never intended to fight him and has no win over him.

dont waste your time. there was an offer and it was this: both guys have a tune up and then fight next year. problem with this is wbc already said they were ordering the canelo-cotto winner to fight ggg in november so why would he delay that fight to fight ward? makes no sense of course. if ward really wanted to fight he wouldnt have thrown that tune up in since he just fought paul smith and he needed another tune up come on. if he really wanted to fight he wold have known ggg couldnt sign a long term deal and would have made it a one off fight. fanboys are just fanyboys.

Golovkin in his whole career never wanted Ward. He was lucky if a reporter asked him about it.

Meanwhile Mikey Garcia calling out Spence and Thurman. I mean effort to name particular names within P4P goes a long way!!
