Jeff Horn is not a pushover...."A delusional mindset is a good thing"

On paper somebody like Horn shouldn't beat Crawford, he's the superior boxer, faster and the better athlete but Horn doesn't give a damn about any of that. I've seen several of his quotes and the man seems EXTREMELY confident. People laugh and call him delusional, like it's a bad thing.

Personally I have no problem with that at all. I mean if you don't truly believe in your own ability nobody will. Realistically, Horn should not win this fight but I don't think a realistic athlete will ever reach greatness. I'm not saying Horn will win but he does have the right mindset.

Pro athletes really need to be a bit delusional in order to push themselves mentally to do great things.

Yeah well being delusional could be a good thing in many different situations in life, but being delusional about getting punched about the head and shoulders can get you seriously hurt. Lol

Confidence is great but Horn is a conceited bragger who thinks he is about ten times better than he really is. He didn't come remotely close to deserving the win over Pacquiao and he fought dirty as hell and got away with it. Every other boxing scene top headline has him or his trainer or his promoter bragging on how he will easily beat Crawford because Crawford has never face a boxer as big and powerful as he is. This fight will be on neutral ground with judges that are not paid off and a referee who won't let Horn fight dirty. I think Crawford will slaughter Horn and knock him out and Horn will never be a world champion again.

The same clowns who think Horn beat PAC and was t fighting dirty are the same ones who cried bloody murder over Maidana/Floyd I and how he was such a dirty fighter. But you know how this story goes, Horn gets washed by Crawford he is called a hype job, if Horn pulls a miracle out of his ass and gets a win over Crawford, they all say Crawford is a hype job. Lose-lose. Zero sum game.
