It is not Bob's job to pay Manny's taxes for him. Bob got Pacquiao probably the second highest career earnings of any boxer in history. If Manny is broke it is because rolling with a 200 deep entourage is expensive.

Pac is not broke. The man likes to fight and he's healthy. Why not strap up and go make millions in 36mins. His fan base is still here and he's still a big draw. Put Pac in there with any top ww and it will sell.

You don’t know what you’re talking about, if Pac is just an ordinary boxer, how come Arum’s PPP#1 cash cow can’t sell a PPV without Pac and they have to postpone the Crawford vs Horn fight because Pac refused to be on the undercard. Even if Pac is past his prime, he remains one of boxing’s biggest draw. He did the right thing by not doing what Arum wants and that’s what he gets for messing with Pac.

Maybe Manny figures a potential Arum lawsuit for breach of contract will drag out long enough to outlive Arum? Or that Arum will have a difficult time collecting said money so long as Manny remains overseas?

Glad he is trying to make this fight rather than being used by Arum to build up his prospects or has-beens.
