I honestly know so little about Prograis, I just know Relikh is a lot better than his record of recent gives off.
I think Relikh has been robbed 2 times in recent fights, it's definitely not an easy fight for Prograis.

Bad things I noticed in their recent fights:

Relikh can be hurt to the body.
Prograis was hit a lot by the taller Indongo.

I think Prograis would win by KO. He has an accurate powerful straight left and when he lands it clean a few times the fight is over. Relikh is an attacking fighter and not too hard to hit.
