Well said, Corey Erdman. Nice to see the fighters being shown respect. It doesn't happen often enough. Too many little ***** 'fans' who constantly criticize while their fat ass hardly ever moves off the couch.

i thought garcia-lipinets was pretty much one sided. i only caught the last minute of every round between valdez-quigg because i was watching garcia-lipinets.

i still think the FOTY so far is gassiev-dorticos

I need to watch these fights again because when i watched them first time around FOTY never entered my head once. They were pretty good fights imo.

I have to agree with what most seem to be saying here. I havent seen the Garcia fight yet but the Valdez-Quigg fight, while brutal and with both showing a lot of courage, was not quite FOTY material, imo. Mainly because it was never really in doubt that Valdez was the better fighter and that he would win, unless he had succumed to injury, which admirably, he didn't. As a recent poster said, I too think that Gassiev-Dorticus was much better and is the front runner so far for FOTY. Usyk-Breidis is up there too, for me.

Good fights for sure, but not FOTY material
