Not quite, and why would anyone want a match-up to be easy work anyway. I want Lomanchenko to be challenged properly. Only then can you truly see who is best. When you so easily beat someone that says more about the guy taking the beating than the guy giving the beating.

Arum has proven countless times he will let a star fighter of his move up and challenge for a belt, even if theyre an underdog. However in this case Loma is probably heavily favored and its a big money fight which is even more incentive for him to make it. The only way for Arum to develop ppv stars is throwing his top fighters in with other wolves. He did it with DLH, Manny, Floyd, Sugar Ray Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Ali, mayweather, Morales, the list goes on and on. Loma is on the verge of being a ppv star and will be able to get almost any fight he wants. We should all thank Bob Arum for bringing great fights to Espn. I dont like how hes treating Manny but hes done so many great things for boxing and continues to innovate and lead the sport

Thats usually true when its someone like Mikey Garcia who fights the easiest fight every time. Then when he fights someone good he looks very ordinary. Lipinets is horrible and made Garcia look ordinary. Loma is making top fighters look easy. Gary Russel Jr, Walters, Rigo, it cant all just be luck. I dont think theres anyone at 135-140 who gives Loma any problems including Garcia.
