Shouldn't information like that be transparent and open to the public?

He owes the Philippine government taxes but he’s not broke and bankrupt, he owns properties and businesses but he should have left Arum long time ago like Dela Hoya and Mayweather. He would have done better without Arum.

This is really sad on all levels. Perfect definition of a slave master. Made tonnes of money for this snake and still being treated as though he is a rookie who just signed with Top Rank. He probably signed a contract with clauses that tie him to Top Rank for as long as he fights and he probably doesn't even know it. Great fighter but far from the sharpest tool in the shed and he has leaches around here posing as lawyers and advisers...very very sad. Makes one wonder how much of that 150 million from the Floyd fight Manny actually saw. Those guys Floyd, Mikey knew what a blood sucker this old fart. Hopefully Crawford is watching and learning from this.

Manny Pacquaio fans never cared for Manny like Floyd Mayweather Jr did. Floyd warned Manny and the public many times about Bob Arum. Instead of being open ears, they dismissed Mayweather as someone who "would be broke in the next 5 years". Well.. Manny Pacquiao will be closer to broke than Mayweather will be in the next 5 years.

There’s a reason why Dela Hoya and Mayweather left Arum, I just wish Pac did the same thing when Arum started matching him against guys like Algieri, Rios, Vargas and Horn. He could have made more money fighting Broner, Khan, Garcia and Thurman. Now Arum is treating him like he owns him for life. I would rather see him retire to stop Arum from manipulating him.

Yeah, I don't doubt there is some BS buried in the deal Manny signed for 2 years back in 2014.

That one should have expired in 2016, but Manny had the "injured" shoulder and saltwater rehab.

Still, that contract shoulda been done last year.

Yet, somehow Arum thinks he has until the end of THIS year.

The answer?

Fight overseas.

Fight somewhere that will ignore any court Arum tries to go to.

Fight in China.

Although the money he earned fighting guys like Algieri, Rios Vargas and Horn are not bad at all, that’s when his PPV ratings began to decline, boxing fans would rather see him fight Broner, Khan, Garcia or Thurman.
