If they never tested positive when that fight occurred, i doubt there's much than can be done or proven.

It would be pure speculation and i doubt you can base any serious case on that.

It's all about what you can prove, so likely not. Unless a trainer or someone from his corner suddenly comes forward and says he was juicing and can prove it.
