Its his amateur debut. Guessing his opponent had a couple fights max, if any fights.

His name is Andre LeClerc.

It was a Jr Golden Gloves fight.

Those guys are all on T pretty openly, which UFC guys can't do anymore. Who knows what other sh^t they are throwing in their body, but yea they are nuked on some sorta sh^t.
