Where would you rank Bernard Hopkins among other great Philly fighters, plus, where do you rank him All time, as a middle-weight, or just as a fighter?

Among Philly fighters, I'd have to say he is certainly up there among the greats. IMO, he far outdistances Melderick Taylor, Joe Frazier, Sonny Liston, and them all. Hopkins, with his 20 defenses and then moving up 2 divisions to beat up Tarver, he has put himself up there in a class with fighters like Leonard and Robinson.

Yeah, why not. Frazier, while he was a great fighter and whatnot, held the title for a short time while beating Ali, Jimmy Ellis, and a few other fighters. Its all about what you favor when judging fighters. I look at longevity, consistency, and technical skill. Many people will think I'm crazy, but P4P I gotta with Hopkins here. But it can go either way, there is no right or wrong answers, unless you pick Charles Brewer or something.
