I think people are just tired of things like failed tests being glossed over, potentially illegal wraps, ridiculous scorecards etc..

It seems that if you reach a certain level in boxing in terms of the money you generate, then you can crack on and do whatever you like without any worries.

It's the way of the world though. The more money involved, the more corruption surrounds it. Boxing is no different, it's a business at the end of the day.
