I�m a fan of PBK but I doubt it, he�s very talented but people get carried away...
I think Kelly is definitely good enough to win a world title but I don�t think there�s enough evidence to suggest he�ll be able to trouble true elite calibre fighters like Crawford and Spence.

He has potential to be champ imo but probably not vs spence. If he keeps winning I can see him beating Crawford because Kelly fights at 147-150 and Crawford comes from 135 originally
