I don't see anything illegal with the wrap because GGG can also do it once the commission have come clear on that issue.

Exactly, have Abel wrap GGG “plaster style”...but first, go spend a week training in Mexico and have some Tijuana Tainted Tacos, that way GGG can be roided up with some TTT and EVEN the playing field with Clenelo!

I think you might have a point not about Mexicans being soft about the commission favouring the money fighter.. Its obvious that they are biased for the money fighter. Now you know why Floyd never wanted to fight out side of Vegas once he started having serious hand problems and needed injections in his hands. Nevada commission needs to be investigated for corruption just like College mens basketball. Too much money involved leads to corruption especially if they let this fight proceed with out any delays or suspensions for the rematch.

NAC 467.432 Bandages for hands of unarmed combatant. (NRS 467.030)

1. Bandages on the hand of an unarmed combatant may not exceed one winding of surgeon's adhesive tape, not over 1 1/2 inches wide, placed directly on the hand to protect the part of the hand near the wrist. The tape may cross the back of the hand twice, but may not extend within three-fourths of an inch of the knuckles when the hand is clenched to make a fist.

2. Each unarmed combatant shall use soft surgical bandage not over 2 inches wide, held in place by not more than 6 feet of surgeon's adhesive tape for each hand. Up to one 15-yard roll of bandage may be used to complete the wrappings for each hand. Strips of tape may be used between the fingers to hold down the bandages.

3. Bandages must be adjusted in the dressing room in the presence of a representative of the Commission and both unarmed combatants. Either unarmed combatant may waive his privilege of witnessing the bandaging of his opponents hands

the double stack gives off more sting & pop in your punches because the wrap becomes very tight. this is what tito was caught doing vs hopkins. titos dad said he has always done it that way which is why titos handwraps have been under scrutiny. double stacking is kinda like loaded gloves. pacquiao did it vs margs and thats why he rearranged his face.
