How about 4 minute rounds with 1:30 second to rest ! Fans get more action with only losing 30 second per rnd ! Thats potentially 12 more minutes of fighting .

I would not mind having one more round in boxing. Having stricter penalties for clinching would also go a long way towards getting more people watching the sport.
