ellie says he has witness their collectors collecting samples in dirty cups, they collecting in open dirty environments with bodily fluids flying around. He also questions their legitimacy of testing Pacquaio claiming the agents who were supposed to test him only tested Rios and that vada's margat goodman has fired those very same collectors. If their was nothing wrong why fire them?

It has been proven that VADA is nothing more than a glorified sample collector so if their agents who collect those samples cant be trusted to be professional than VADA as a whole cant be trusted no matter how well intentioned they strive to be.

Rios got caught using a diuretic methylhexanemine. Methylhexanemine has been used in other sports. Rios has a problem with making weight and got caught with a shrinker. I'm sure the cup wasn't tainted with methylhexanemine.
