I seen him win gold as an amateur, and have only seen him fight in his home country against British level or ex world level opponets..... I remember him in the commonwealth games, he beat Sam Maxwell in the semis who trains out of Liverpool near me. I also remember him in the Europeans beating the likes of Yigit, Horn and Herring (2013 I think it was) I’ve been to a couple of his fights myself, and I’ve been really impressed every time I’ve watched him, anyway I digress.
I think he’s top 5 for sure, he’s at the very least a top 10 guy though. I’d honestly pick Taylor to beat anyone at 140 excluding Mikey. I think the Vasquez win alone proves he’s a top fighter in the division, Vasquez has fought a lot of good fighters at world level and no one has just dealt with him how Josh did.

You shouldn't have even did a anything you fool.....you can STILL be a prospect if the weight division is thin and you have only ONE notable win ,he has no top level wins over PRIME opposition yet ! When he has one THEN you can make that claim ,if he loses then you can mark him down as exposed ! LOL
