Alberto Contador, cycling champion, was banned for Clenbuterol.

He also said it's from meat but he got banned since 'clenbuterol' is PED that increases your endurance, stamina & make you lose fat.

He wasn't from a contaminated meat country. If he was he would have got a pass.
