  • Comments Thread For: NSAC Head: We're Investigating Canelo's Positive Test

As BoxingScene.com previously reported, Mexican superstar Saul "Canelo" Alvarez tested positive for clenbuterol, which the boxer and his team have attributed to contaminated meat. Daniel Eichner, director of the World Anti-Doping Agency-accredited laboratory that conducted the test, wrote Monday: "These values are all within the range of what is expected from meat contamination."

All that needs to be said. I'm sure the investigation will come to the same conclusion.

Daniel Eichner, director of the SMRTL Lab that analyzed the test, said Monday: “These values are all within the range of what is expected from meat contamination.”

Yup and Victor Conte posted this.

The fight is going to continue on there is already precident in boxing for fighters having low traces common from tainted meat from Mexico and even precident in other sports like the NFL.

Canelo probably has a team of physicians evaluating just how much steroids he can take while have it fall within the supposed meat contamination range. You are telling me that all the other Mexican fighters don't eat meat? WTF

Well it seems Mexican fighters, if they cannot win, will resort to drugs. Look at Marquez v Pacquiao IV and all the acne his illicit intake of banned drugs caused on him. It seems beyond any doubt at this point.
