There are all sorts of mobile food trucks, stands, Mexican meat markets, etc. you don't have to go to the ******s to find a food truck, they're literally everywhere. Cali to Mexico is barely a 3 hr flight, could've picked it up anywhere.

The truth is we don't really know until the investigation is complete, I myself have been to Mexico and I can tell you the health standards there are pretty damn bad. Even in the Mexican meat markets here in Texas get away with selling heavily seasoned meat that's already expired.
