      Ill just leave this here............

"As part of the voluntary testing program that Canelo Alvarez insisted on ahead of his May 5 fight, one of his results came back positive for trace levels of clenbuterol, consistent with meat contamination that has impacted dozens of athletes in Mexico over the last years," Golden Boy Promotions, Alvarez's promoter, said in a statement addressing the positive test.

"As Daniel Eichner, director of [the Sports Medicine Research and Testing Laboratory], the WADA-accredited lab that conducted the tests stated in his letter [on Monday], 'These values are all within the range of what is expected from meat contamination.' Upon receiving this information, Golden Boy immediately notified the Nevada State Athletic Commission and Gennady Golovkin's promoter, Tom Loeffler."
Ric the tainted meat thing is real. The issue is Canelo, Fishnets and the whole Team knew this and never tested positive until now.

This means they were careful to avoid the tainted meat and then suddenly got a bad batch 10 weeks out from the fight.

Optics are bad but he could've had tainted meat.

There was a U17 world cup held in mexico a few years back and over 100 players from various countries tested positive for clen after eating beef in Mexico. To think that contaminated meat thing is fake must mean you live a sad life and want to troll on the Internet to ease your depression or lonely life. Canelo lives in Guadalajara not the USA of course hes gonna be eating those bomb ass street tacos **** i do too. **** american food when mexican food exists.

It's hard to keep buying that excuse 7 years after the fact though. If it was so common more than 4 Mexican fighters of the hundreds that there are would have failed by now.

Also, when you factor in Canelo's rapid change in physique in addition to the fact that this fight was basically set in stone months ago yet barely got announced. That can point to cycling since he had 4-5 months to do whatever he pleased.

It's too coincidental to just chalk it up to a bad taco with that many red flags. I hope he is innocent of any wrongdoing because I like Canelo and think him being clean is better for the sport but I have major su****ions.
