As a decongestant it thins the blood to reduce blood pressure while a bronchodilator widens the vessels that carry oxygen, so the volume of oxygen in the blood increases & it should give a person better stamina.. very low amount consistent with tainted food cases in Mexico which has a huge problem with their meat and cattle sources. NFL had a problem with one of their own players and he was not disciplined and they even told future players to avoid eating meat in mexico.
