Being rich has nothing to do with it when you live in a country that doesn't enforce regulations as much as the US and UK. They can't go and watch over every livestock farm to make sure they are not giving them substances to promote growth

Even the United States and the U.K. still have problems with this but they have more means to regulate much more I guarantee if you round up some people some of them will test positive for something they are not aware of and even more so in countries like Mexico. The only reason we don't see this is because not everyone gets tested regularly like athletes do and when they do standard drug tests only test for illicit substances while a full blood analysis specifically tests for all these "banned" substances that you otherwise wouldn't test for.

All these "banned substances" were also legal at one point GNC even sells Clenbuterol and other pre-workouts that are on that same banned list but at one point they probably weren't, just like all these designer drugs that people who lift use they change the chemical compound and it becomes legal and then it gets regulated eventually and put on the list while another one comes out to replace by doing the same and so forth. Its pretty easy to use stuff nowadays that are not on that list and get away with it so why would someone as rich as Canelo like you say risk using Clenbuterol when there is other designer drugs that he could afford.

USADA and WADA wouldn't acknowledge it if it wasnt plausible.
