Only if he avoids Loma, Crawford and Spence. Outside of those three opponents, he has a chance. It will take at least another 5 - 6 years, so I'm not sure if the talent pool between 135-147 is rich enough with good fights. But, he can certainly take a page out of Mayweather's book and wait until a few fighters age out before fighting them, then take credit for beating a former champion/future HOF'er once they are faded.

Yea he should be more like Pedquiao. Which means ducking TBE due to drug testing, then refusing to fight again later because he wants a 50/50 split and because his promoter is protecting him from the inevitable L.

He should also fight Crawford and spence leftovers 1 or 2 fights removed from Losses and at catchweights.

Don't get mad at the truth, America is #1

I don't think he does. I think Mikey is pretty overrated these days. I think most of the big fights he's likely to get over the next 12 or so months minus the Linares fight will take his 0.

I even give Lipinets a decent upset chance coming up.

But unless Mikey keeps fighting the guys he's been fighting & never steps up I don't see him getting to 51-0. Mikey's 30 right now. He needs 14 fights to beat Floyd. He's fighting 2-3 fights a year (when active) for the last 7 or 8 years. If we assume he has 2.5 fights per year he ain't even getting to 51-0 til he's 36 years old.

Loma will be doing matrix sh^t against him. Everyone who's tip top at 147 schools him or hurts him. 140 is the only place he can stick around & with Regis & Josh Taylor on the rise & getting better I'm not confident he'll get past them in another 18-36mos if those fights got on the radar.

Respect to Mikey, but he's not retiring undefeated unless he goes out of his way to avoid big fights.
