  • Doesn't Goldenboy wish they still had PBC fighters?

Beside Canelo, which other GB fighter is in any water cooler conversation?

Even though Schaffer had the PBC fighters under no contract, they still promoted all of their fights and thus got paid and had a seat at the table.

Now other than Canelo, who do they have that we speak off (maybe El Niņo de Oro) --

We speak of One Time, Showtime, The Truth, Swift, The Lions Only twins, Bronze Bomber, The Problem (whether good or bad), El Bandera Roja, etc...

Hell they still would have been in the Money Mayweather business if the Golden Boy was still on sabbatical due to his ******* holiday..

That sucks for the Golden Boy at Golden Boy.

You do realize that it wasn't GBP choice not to be with them, right?

I understand that...The Golden Boy wanted them under contract and Haymon and Co. said "no" and took his stable with them.

And Canelos popularity is bum compared to AJ...see I can do that too.

All I'm saying is that a promotional company needs more than marquee fighter, Eddie Hearn for example has AJ & the Special One...give me another marquee name on GB besides Canelo?

You realize that PBC as a promotional entity was a colossal failure that has been dissolved into whats basically just a logo, and Haymon is transitioning back into his 2010 business model, right?

                GBP is fine.

and this is why canelo will win the rematch. too much at stake. when you are ******** with 98 percent of your bank roll in one hand you better have a dealer that you can trust(and that knows how to cheat)
